GROUNDBREAKING TECHNOLOGY
TAPc (Transverse Axial Polarizer) is a patent-pending technology that couples to the electromagnetic fields surrounding electrical or signal conductors. TAPc behaves like a polarizer, passively reducing electromagnetic distortion that presents as a type of glare or compression on sound or images.
HARP addresses current drift and audio-frequency current resonances that can occur in speaker cables, analogous to standing waves in room acoustics. Acting as a current-mode diffraction device, the HARP module disrupts these resonances, improving the system’s perceived resolution, focus, and coherence.
Shunyata Research’s proprietary Kinetic Phase Inversion Process (KPIP v2™) refines conductor and terminal metals at the atomic level. This dramatically reduces burn-in time and significantly improves sonic performance, delivering a relaxed and life-like presentation.
VTX-Ag™ conductors combine a pure silver center core with an outer concentric ring of pure copper. This geometry delivers silver’s speed, clarity, and resolution with copper’s warmth, body, dimensionality, and low-octave power.
Platinum-Plated connectors deliver exceptional fidelity and tonal purity, offering a smooth, natural presentation with enhanced resolution. Fluorocarbon dielectrics have unique electrical characteristics: very low dielectric absorption, high dielectric strength and exceptional heat resistance. In Shunyata Research cables it reduces the perception of dynamic compression and it improves low-level resolution and clarity.
