I have always been happy with Shunyata for the products themselves. They are reliable, well made and have always proved my system. Now I can also say that the customer experience/satisfaction is exceptional.
Things happen (shipping issues, billing errors, manufacturing defects) nobody or no process is ever perfect. How people handle issues is the true testament t the quality of a brand. If it was even possible, I am even more interested in Shunyata products now… Thank you.
