I saw you on the video you did down in Austin. You made an impression on me then. I started buying used Omega QR’s and a used Denali with an Omega XC just to see how it sounded and it was a big upgrade over what I had.
I bought a pair of the new Boulder 1151 monos in March of this year. I had Cardas Beyond Clear PC on them, they sounded good but then one day I thought I’m going to move my Omega QR to the amps and holy bat poop. It was a complete different amp. I was sold on Shunyata from then on.
So I was looking at buying another Omega off of Audiogon which led me to Mike Farnsworth. He and I talked several times and he kept telling the same thing you said on the video. The X line is a whole new ball game.
He sold me an Everest-X, I got it today. It’s absolutely mind blowing how good this is. Crazy good!!!! And I don’t get the Omega-X XC until tomorrow.
Over the next year I will be switching out all my cables for Omega-X cables, except interconnects and speaker cable. Those will be Sigma.
